KJ Somaiya Hospital and Research Center Re-Equips Dialysis Centre with State-of-the-Art Machines

~ New dialysis centre features state-of-the-art machines with advanced patient care facilities, benefitting a large number of patients in the region ~

 

K J Somaiya Hospital and Research Center is proud to announce the re-equipping of its dialysis centre with 10 state-of-the-art Fresenius 4008S dialysis machines. This project was made possible with the support of the Rotary Club of Mumbai and a generous donation from CDSL Ventures Ltd. The Next Generation 4008S machines offer an ergonomic design and logical operating structure for easy handling and fast and intuitive programming of treatment parameters. The fully integrated Blood Pressure Monitor (BPM) simplifies the handling for the therapy providers.

Additionally, KJ Somaiya Hospital and Research Center has announced that dialysis treatment will be provided free of cost to all eligible patients, furthering their commitment to providing affordable and accessible healthcare services to all. The hospital's initiative is a prime example of how public-private partnerships can work together to improve the quality of healthcare services and make them accessible to all.

Director General Sandip Agarwalla, Rotary Club President Vineet Bhatnagar, Mr. Sunil Alvares MD & CEO, CDSL Ventures Ltd, Dr. Raghunath Shevgaonkar Provost, Somaiya Vidyavihar, Dr. Varsha Phadke Dean, K J Somaiya Hospital & Research Center, and Dr. Tilakdas Shetty Deputy Dean, K J Somaiya Hospital & Research Center were present at the inauguration of the upgraded dialysis centre.
